In the event your fucking machine ever fails simply contact us for a Return Authorization number.  If the machine is deemed to be defective we will repair or replace the machine at our discretion.  We will  reimburse the original owner for all incurred shipping charges, excluding International Orders.

After contacting us via Email and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN) We will have UPS pick up the return directly from you.
